Join a team visiting primary schools.
The Pilgrim Fathers Lifepath Event will be running again this year during the weeks of 25 to 29 June and 2 to 6 July. Last year, more than 300 nine to ten-year-olds discovered more about Christianity by attending a one-day event held over three days in June to celebrate the 400th anniversary of the first meetings at Scrooby Manor of the Separatist Pilgrim Fathers.
The fantastic team of volunteers enabled the project to be a huge success. We are looking for help again this year to run workshops, guide the children between venues, help with the music, or help to set up or prepare craft materials in advance. You need'nt be available for all of the Lifepath days as we will have a rota to make sure each of the days are covered. Please return the enclosed form to Sue Brown if you would like to make yourself available to help introduce many local Year 5 children to the faith of the pilgrim fathers.
Please note all new volunteers are subject to a Criminal Records Check.
